Nurture your essence
I’m AC (Anne-Carole), a global citizen originally from France, with 12 years of expatriate experience in Asia and now residing in Dubai, UAE. Traveling fuels my soul, while Kriya yoga expands my love for life.
After a decade in the shipping industry, I transitioned to become a tea master in Asia. Following that, I embraced motherhood, dedicating myself to the well-being of my two children.
Driven by a profound calling, I trained as a Therapeutic Body Massage Therapist and Prenatal Massage Therapist in London. Each day, I’m energized by the opportunity to guide my clients towards a more balanced state of wellness.
I approach my practice with attention to detail and deep respect for my clients’ individual needs and circumstances. My aim is to harmonize and stimulate the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of my clients, facilitating their innate self-healing process.
I completed the VTCT (ITEC) Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology, and Body Massage from The London School of Massage in September 2023. Recognizing that therapeutic massage is an ongoing journey, I am committed to continuous learning and evolution in my practice.
Currently specializing in pregnancy massage and female therapeutic massages, I focus on understanding female physiology and addressing hormonal system regulation at different life stages.
My dedication is to provide compassionate care to all women seeking my services, recognizing the transformative stages they navigate throughout life—from maiden to wise woman (also known as The Crone)—and the physiological changes that accompany these transitions.
A therapeutic massage is not any kind of massage. It is a deeply restorative massage which aims at re-awakening the body to its natural state of Homeostasis.
Homeostasis is the innate state of equilibrium between all interdependent systems of your body (nervous system, digestive system, endocrine system, lymphatic system, blood circulation system, reproductive system) which ideally should be happening at every moment of your life in order to stay vibrantly healthy and functional for your daily tasks.
However, due to many external or internal stressful stimuli cumulated together at the same time over a certain period of time, our organic state of homeostasis gets disturbed and faces some difficulties to return into balance by itself.
It starts from the moment you choose to come to this sanctuary which means to choose your wellbeing over anything else.
As a consequence of the reset happening, your body finds ample space to rest again as it will not be busy trying to decipher the right information anymore.

Yin Yoga is a type of gentle yoga practise which helps stretching tissues and release any tensions in the body by surrendering in the poses (asanas) using a few muscles as possible. In this manner, it helps stretching the fascias enveloping the internal organs of the body while using passive poses and breathing consciously and deeply within the areas targeted. It usually helps relaxing the whole nervous system, providing a calm state of mind. Learning how to surrender into the possible feeling of pain caused by the stiffed tissues accumulated over the years can be challenging at times but the feeling of space created within the body after the session usually makes it very liberating and provides a sense serenity throughout the rest of the day.
Yin Yoga is particularly recommended for people needing some physical or mental flexibility in their day to day life. Each session can target a specific area of tensions, such as hips, lower back, middle back, shoulders, neck, articulations, heart centre, etc. It gently helps releasing the tensions caused by a lack of mobility in your daily life.
Yin yoga can also have an impact on suppressed emotions by helping exteriorise them throughout the practice. Some tensions might originate from old patterns and traumas we subconsciously guard within our body (fascia, articulation, etc) for years. Through the practise of Yin Yoga, you might observe the re-surfaciong of some emotions such as pain, anger, joy, pleasure. It is your chance to let them out, acknowledge them and move on for good. Make space and experience new chapters of your life in a fluid manner.

Nidra Yoga is a practise which induces a light state of self-hypnosis for a complete and deep relaxation of the entire physical, mental and emotional bodies. It helps come into contact with our supra consciousness and fully disconnect from our daily stress or fatigue.
Once travelling into this state, the body is able to reset, hence creating a sense of rejuvenation and deep rest which can last for many hours after the session. It is highly recommended to hold Nidra yoga sessions in the evening to be able to go to bed afterwards and keep the same state as long as possible during the night and provide a sleep of quality to the practitioner.
Nidra Yoga does not require any previous experience of yoga to be attended.
